I suspect it’s a phase. Your boyfriend may use a different type of shower soap that appeals to the cat, for instance. Or your own lotion might be off-putting. Most kittens outgrow this eventually anyway. I wouldn’t think that your cat is mad at you. I’m sure he interacts in a special way with you as well.
