The fancy term for having two different sized pupils is anisocoria. This is not normal in our cats. It can occur for many different reasons. It can be due to trauma to the eye or neck, corneal ulcer, infectious disease like feline leukemia, toxoplasmosis, FIP, feline aids or glaucoma to just name a few. It would be best to have your cat checked out to determine what is going on and if you need to worry. Hope it all turns out ok.
