The Little Stray

Domains $7.49 - Why Pay More?About 2 years ago, I had one old cat whom i loved but I had been longing for a kitten to bring some energy into my life. This ball of energy came in a very odd way… It was a summer night and I was watching TV in my house when I heard a loud pound on the glass front door. I went to see who it was but instead of a person, there was a small black kitten sitting on my porch looking at me. I realized that it ran into the glass door thinking it would get inside. I opened the door so i could grab it but it ran away quickly. I’m guessing that the kitten was 2-3 months old because it was fast! I spent about an hour trying to coax it out of a bush by my house but it wouldn’t move so I gave up. The next morning while I was leaving, I heard meowing so I followed the noise to a pile of firewood. Of course it was the kitten but it would not come out so i was forced to leave or else i would be late. When i got home i spent 2 hours climbing through bushes until i finally was able to grab the kitten. The kitten must have been wild because it did not like me holding it one bit. I realized that the kitten was wild and could not just stay in a cat carrier eating food all its life so I had to let it go. It ran into a bush of course and I thought that I would never see it again. The kitten came back the next day and eventually I tamed it. The cat lives at my house now (outdoors) and is still as hyper as it was the first day I saw it. She is very affectionate so I named her Nicoda but when she is being a spaz I call her Dummy because she pounces on everything.
